I'm Jamie, and I believe in confelicity.

What is confelicity you ask? The delight in the good fortune of others; the opposite of schadenfreude. It's this team-spirited mindset that led me on an incredible journey from Western classical music to UX Design. I want people on my team to win in a way that's meaningful to them.

As a designer, I practice confelicity through every stage of the design process: from getting to know users and their needs through research, to balancing customer insights with business constraints during prototyping. As you might guess, I find most inspiration through projects with a clear impact. I'm always open to learning more about topics I don't know.

Off-screen, I love to cook, bake, and hike.
